Start a conversation
Tell Bud what your business needs.
A missed inquiry, repeated data entry, disconnected tools, or time spent hunting for information: tell Bud what is getting in the way. You do not need to know which AI tool or system to ask for.
A short note starts the conversation.
Bud reviews your note and contact details to understand the problem and whether ShepBuild can help. Any meeting, scope, price, or access to your systems is agreed separately. Keep this first note general and non-sensitive.
Prefer a few guided questions? How the first conversation worksKeep the first contact useful and safe.
01What should I include in the first message?
Name the business friction, who feels it, the tools or handoffs involved at a high level, and what a better finish would change. Keep the note general.
02Can I ask for help if I do not know what to build?
Yes. Describe the task or problem in your own words. Bud can review it before discussing whether automation, AI, a website improvement, or custom software makes sense. If it helps, use the guided request to work through the questions one at a time.
03Who will review my request?
Bud Sheppard, ShepBuild's founder in Jackson, Mississippi, reviews the inquiry. Read about Bud and the work or see the portfolio before you get in touch.
04What should I not send?
Do not send confidential, privileged, client, credential, health, financial, account, or other sensitive information through the general inquiry form.
05Does submitting the form create an engagement?
No. A stored inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship, professional-services engagement, appointment, project, or authorization to access any system.
06What if the inquiry form is not available?
Do not send the information through an improvised channel. Use the AI Build Session page and field notes to sharpen the problem, then return when the protected form is available.
A guided way to ask
Need help explaining the problem?
The guided request asks what is happening today, where the work gets stuck, and what help you need. Add your contact details at the end and send it to Bud for review.
