Information collected

ShepBuild collects the name, business name, email address, optional phone number, and general business description you choose to submit. Use these forms only for a general business inquiry. Do not submit confidential, privileged, legal, client, credential, health, financial, account, or other sensitive information.

If you send a Build Brief, ShepBuild also stores the structured answers you entered on that page: the bottleneck you selected, the kind of help you selected, what starts the work, who owns it today, where it stalls, what tools touch it, which tasks you would like to discuss automating, and which decisions should stay with a person. You can review these answers before sending your request. Filling out the form stores nothing; only sending it does.

How the information is used

ShepBuild uses the submitted information to review the inquiry, decide whether to continue the conversation, maintain necessary business and security records, and protect the form from abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical verification data for anti-abuse purposes. The site and inquiry database run through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure.

ShepBuild uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views, visits, and website performance. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first and states that it does not collect or use visitors' personal data. ShepBuild does not use these measurements to enroll visitors in marketing.

ShepBuild may use Resend as a transactional email provider to alert the owner that an inquiry was stored. That minimal alert contains only an autogenerated reference, the submission time, and a link to the protected review dashboard. It does not contain the visitor's name, business, email address, phone number, message, or any Build Brief answer, and it does not send an automatic reply to the visitor.

Storage and relationship boundary

A submitted inquiry is stored for human review. It does not create an attorney-client relationship, professional-services engagement, appointment, project, or permission to access any system. ShepBuild does not sell the inquiry information or use this form to enroll you in marketing.

Retention and requests

General inquiries are ordinarily deleted within 90 days unless the information is needed for an ongoing conversation or engagement, a legal obligation, security, fraud prevention, or a dispute. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the same inquiry channel once it is open.
